The entrepreneur risks a fine for violating the Aliens Act, and the prosecutor also demands that the company pay a special fee of SEK 47,000.
The prosecutor believes that the company did not do what the law requires to ensure that the foreign man had the right to take a job with them.
The accused entrepreneur denies the crime.
