(Finance) – The Council of Ministers, on the proposal of the President Giorgia Meloni, has resolved the initiation of the nomination procedure Of Gabriella Alemanno and Federico Cornelli to members of the National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange (CONSOB).
Federico Cornelli arrives fromABI, where he held the position of head of institutional relations in Italy and in Europe, but in the past he had already worked in CONSOB. Under the presidency of Lamberto Cardia he had in fact assumed responsibility for financial analysis and followed up on important corporate finance transactions.
Gabriella Alemanno, sister of former mayor of Rome Gianni Alemanno, is currently a member of the board of directors of Ita Airways. In the past, she was general manager of the Campania section of the Revenue Agency and worked as a lecturer at the tax police school of the Guardia di Finanza.
