Furthermore, CONSOB has asked LinkedIn to remove from two web pages attributable to Pierluigi Di Cieri (Independent Director and Investor at JSC Group), i illegal content present within them and in particular the document in “pdf” format published there entitled “Letter of Offer to Piaggio & Co. SpA” as they constitute a means of promoting the abusive activity.
