(Finance) – CONSOB ordered the6 new websites blacked out That illegally offer financial services. The Authority made use, as usual, of the powers deriving from the “growth decree”, on the basis of which it can order Internet connectivity service providers to inhibit access from Italy to the websites through which financial services are offered without due authorization.
It goes up, like this, to 989 the number of sites overall blacked out by CONSOB starting since July 2019since the Authority was given the power to order the blocking of the websites of abusive financial intermediaries.
