(Finance) – CONSOB appointed the members of the Committee of Market Operators and Investors (COMI) for the two-year period 2023-2025. The Committee has the function of facilitating discussion and dialogue with market operators and investors on regulatory issues and other acts of general or strategic content, brought to its attention by CONSOB and relating to matters falling within the institutional competences of the ‘Authority.
THE 30 components are: Annunziata Filippo (university lecturer), Bianchi Marcello (market operator), Bortolato Fiorenzo (market operator), Brogi Marina (university lecturer), Cacciamani Claudio (university lecturer), Cammaroto Giuseppe (consumers), Carrara Silvia (market operator market), Dossena Giovanna (market operator), Felici Miriam (market operator), Fico Paola (market operator), Focarelli Dario (market operator), Galli Fabio (market operator), Goitini Elena Patrizia (market operator ), Greco Fernando (university professor), Gros-Pietro Gian Maria (market operator), Gualtieri Paolo (university professor), Langella Raffaele (market operator), Massari Maria Antonella (market operator), Natali Giovanni (market operator ), Padoan Pier Carlo (market operator), Pinto Antonio (consumers), Pirovano Giovanni (market operator), Polignano Luisa (market operator), Sabatini Giovanni (market operator), Siri Michele (university professor), Staderini Giulia (market operator), Tofanelli Marco (market operator), Valensise Paolo (university professor), Vincenzi Stefano (market operator), Vismara Andrea (market operator).
The mandate lasts two years and can be renewed. The Committee normally meets at the CONSOB headquarters in Milan, at least quarterly.
