Since this weekend, the inhabitants of several Congolese cities have not managed to connect to their favorite social networks. If their cut has, for the moment, not been officially confirmed, observers agree that such a measure aims to stop the propagation of false news on the situation in the east of the country. The decision could however be counterproductive for Kinshasa, while the conflict also takes the form of an information war.
