Will the European Union take sanctions against Rwanda? The 27 EU countries agree on the need to increase the pressure on Kigali to end the climbing in the Congolese East. But since then, Europeans have struggled to find a consensus on the concrete measures to be adopted. A new working meeting is scheduled for Brussels this Wednesday.
