(Finance) – The agreement worth 250 million euros between Condotte 1880, led by Valter Mainetti and CRCC, China Railway Construction Company, for the construction of two important projects in Algeria.
In particular, CRCC will support Condotte 1880 in construction of civil works on the railway line which connects the city of Oued Tlelat to the city of Tlemcen, as well as in the construction of a motorway section of approximately 34 km, which is part of the fourth Rocade of Algiers (fourth ring road line) which develops in the Province of the City of Medea: also Condotte 1880 and CRCC will be able to jointly develop other initiatives on Algerian territory and in other countries, including European ones.
CRCC, present in over 100 countries, is a world leader in the construction sector, with a turnover of over 150 billion dollars and approximately 270,000 employees.
Condotte 1880, acquired last July by Tiberiade Holding which is part of a branch of the Mainetti family, has started a development program and already has important orders and concessions underway in Italy and abroad worth over 7 billion. Among these are the Caserta Polyclinic, the Metro D in Rome, the City of Health and Research in Sesto San Giovanni (Milan), a share in the consortium for the construction of the Bridge over the Strait of Messina, the railway, motorways in Algeria and in Kuwait.
