It is not possible at all, the Board is acting in violation of the law.” Koolmees does not give up and goes to court. “Yes, we are going to turn it into a criminal case. The judge will agree with us.” Koolmees believes that the money earned from the tickets should be recovered. “Back to the government. Or we can say: it goes to a good cause.”
