The festival Lollapalooza is in full swing in Stockholm and has gathered thousands of music-loving people from all over Sweden. During three days, several big artists and bands perform. On stage, you can see, among other things Zara Larsson, Miss Li, Onerepublice, Kygo, The 1975 and Icon Pop.

Destroy Lonely concert is cancelled

During Friday, the young artist had Destroy Lonely concert and the fans danced wildly to the music. So wild that they created a kind of “moshpit”, i.e. a kind of dance that can occur at concerts where a group of people dance very tightly and wildly to the music. But some security guards tried to stop this.

In a video on Instagram, security guards are seen walking into the crowd in the middle of the concert and trying to stop the dancing people. Some security guards even picked up batons to stop the dancing.

Security guards entered the crowd with batons

Then Destroy Lonely stopped their concert. In a video on Instagram, we can see him saying:

– Stop the music, stop the music. Hey, what the hell is going on?

He then asks the security guards to leave the crowd alone and let them dance away. He also questions why the security guards want to stop the dancing. Then Destroy Lonely urges their fans to shoo them away and keep dancing.
