(Finance) – The General Council of Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation he named Rosanna Ventrella like New President, replacing Francesco Profumo, and Enrico Filippi as Vice President. Furthermore, it appointed Enrico Filippi and Alberto Quadro Curzio, former members of the General Council, to the Management Committee to replace the resigning Francesco Profumo and the recently deceased Alessandro Barberis.
Following the verification of the integrity and professionalism requirements of the newly appointed, the Management Committee, who will remain in office until the approval of the Company’s 2023 financial statements is composed as follows: Rosanna Ventrella, President; Enrico Filippi, Vice President; Carlo Picco; Alberto Quadro Curzio; Nicoletta Viziano.
“Well aware of the temporary nature of this responsibilityI accept what I consider an honor with the commitment to lead this organization in a period of transition in coherence with the values and principles that inspire us and which are illustrated in our statute – said Ventrella – It is my desire to ensure in this phase the continuity of our objectives, to guarantee that every action contributes to the common good and I will do this with my gender perspective”.
