In the Utrecht city council, a large majority is emerging in favor of legalizing sex work in one’s own home. This became apparent yesterday in a committee meeting of the city council. However, a large part of the council has difficulty with the conditions. The board wants people to be allowed to do sex work in their own home from the age of 21, but a part of the council believes that it should be possible from the age of eighteen.
