Utrecht – The tram attack of five years ago was commemorated this morning on the 24 Oktoberplein in Utrecht. “Serene and very beautiful, but at the same time very difficult,” Mayor Sharon Dijksma said afterwards on Radio M Utrecht, “because victims, surviving relatives and other involved parties are having an extra difficult time today. That sadness affects me too.”
