– Yes, it’s the first Norsylingen since the pandemic so it’s fun, unfortunately we didn’t get as much fish as we usually do, says Göran Glimsholt at Sturefiskarna, who has organized Arboga’s spring tradition since the late 1990s.
Why didn’t you get as much Norwegian as before?
– Probably because it is a cold spring, but I still think it will be enough for everyone who comes today.
Norsen is a salmon fish found across most of Europe. It distinguishes itself by exuding the scent of a certain vegetable, with which many Westerners are familiar.
