The move comes after the recent increased alarm about new recruits on the front line and sparsely manned trenches.
It has already been announced that “certain consular services” may be withdrawn for the men needed in the war against Russia.
“Living abroad does not make citizens escape their duties towards their homeland,” Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba wrote on X a few days ago.
