NATURAL PASTILLE RECIPE FROM İBRAHİM SARAÇOĞLU
Materials:
- 1 glass of water
- 1 glass of natural honey
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of powdered ginger
- 10 cloves
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Fabrication:
Fill the ingredients into the pot, stir and bring to a boil. Mix until it becomes foamy. Then, remove the cloves, lay baking paper on a tray, arrange the mixture in round shapes on the tray and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Place the prepared lozenges in a suitable jar and keep them in the refrigerator.
