(Finance) – After the success of the totalitarian voluntary takeover bid (OPAS) promoted by Evergreen on the shares of Coima Resreal estate company listed on Euronext Milan, it was communicated that the shares will be withdrawn from listing (delisting) with effect from 12 August 2022subject to suspension of the title in the sessions of 10 and 11 August 2022.
On the basis of the provisional results communicated by Intesa Sanpaolo, the intermediary in charge, sales requests have been received relating to the joint procedure for a total of 162,440 shares, equal to approximately 0.450% of the share capital.
Of the 162,440 shares, 153,879 shares were contributed towards the payment of a corresponding equal to 10 euro and 8,561 shares were contributed towards a consideration consisting of 1 unlisted Evergreen share for 1 share tendered.
