(Finance) – From the legal validity of the beyond 6,000 contracts relating to additional ATA and PNRR staff signed since April 16th, to the extension of the same contracts until June 30th and December 31st; from exceptions to the current constraints on the mobility of new hires, to the transformation of the derogated positions on support into the workforce by right for 100 thousand new hires; from the introduction of the musical instrument in nursery schools, to the confirmation of the roles for teachers who passed the supplementary tests in the Covid period, up to the definition of the roles of the new research contractors through the National Collective Labor Agreement: they materialize the amendments to the Cohesion decree presented by Anief and Cisal ten days ago at the hearing at the Bureau of the Fifth Budget Commission of the Senate: the requests for modification of the legislative decree n.60/2024 concern the organization of the Education and Research sectors and affect several points:
“The Italian school system cannot move forward with the current rules which have produced disastrous results, such as the highest number of PA workers with 25% of temporary workers and a very high percentage of burnout workers: introducing, for example, exemptions on the restrictions on the mobility of school staff, as well as the conversion of the roles of the derogating positions of support teachers and the introduction of the legal profile for researchers within the CCNL would be a panacea not only for school staff, but also for young people in training who would find themselves stabilized teachers and staff. At this point it would be good for everyone – concludes the leader of the young union – if the senators of the fifth Palazzo Madama Commission take into consideration our reasoned proposals for modifying the Cohesion decree”, underlines Marcello Pacificonational president of Anief.
