Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 will start soon and with it a lot of exciting innovations for Battle Royale. So you can soon even use atomic bombs / nukes and decide the round for you. But it won’t be easy.
Does the “Nuke” exist in Warzone 2.0? Yes! This was confirmed by the content creator “ModernWarzone”, who was recently invited to an official Call of Duty event. There he was able to test the new Warzone and the much-anticipated “DMZ” mode in advance.
How do you get the nuke? If you are worried that the atomic bomb will find its way into Warzone 2.0 as a killstreak like in multiplayer, we can reassure you. According to the current information, you can only get the “Nuke” through a very special contract.
As the content creator “ModernWarzone” confirms, the order is particularly difficult to complete and Warzone 2.0 will not be available in every round. What exactly you have to do to get the “Nuke” is not yet known.
However, creators reporting on it have been told that it is extremely difficult and requires a lot of effort to get the nuke. Possibly harder than actually winning the Battle Royale.
This could point to some kind of “prestige feature” that only the people who can keep up with the top players at the top can crack. As soon as there are more details, we will report on MeinMMO.
If you want to prepare yourself optimally for Warzone 2.0, you should take a look at Meta Weapons: The 5 Best Weapons with Setup in November 2022.
In the trailer you can see the multiplayer of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
Multiplayer feature soon in Warzone 2.0?
How does the “Nuke” work in multiplayer? The use of a tactical nuclear bomb has long been possible in Call of Duty multiplayer. There it’s a special killstreak that you earn if you string 30 kills in a row without getting killed yourself.
As soon as you use the killstreak, a short timer starts. If this expires, there is a short cut-scene showing the use of the weapon – including the mushroom cloud. The round then ends and your team emerges as the winner.
More about Warzone 2.0 on MeinMMO:
More clues to the bomb – Meanwhile, parts of the community believe that they have already found references to the “Nuke” at the “CoD Next” event in September.
They had noticed a yellow rocket icon on the map that could represent the nuke order. However, at this point it was already outside the safe zone. The streamers were therefore no longer able to accept the order.
It is not yet certain whether the rocket symbol is really the atomic bomb. At the latest when Warzone 2.0 is launched on November 16th, there will be more information.
Now your opinion is needed! Is the “Nuke” in Warzone 2.0 a good idea? Or does the bomb have no place in the battle royal? We would be happy to receive your comments.
