CoD MW3 comes to Game Pass

After the takeover by Microsoft, for many people it was only a question of time before the first CoD titles appeared in Xbox Game Pass. After Diablo 4, the next current Activision Blizzard title is now available in the subscription.

Which game will be included in Game Pass? As Xbox has now announced on its website, CoD: MW3 will be integrated into the Game Pass subscription for PC and console. You won’t have to wait long, because it will be available on July 24th. The entire game, including single player, multiplayer and zombies, will be available.

It was announced back in May that the latest CoD game, Black Ops 6, would also be available as a subscription upon release. MW3 is also not the first Activision Blizzard title that will be playable as a subscription with a delay. Diablo 4 was also integrated into the subscription in March.

Activision Blizzard has a large library

What titles could follow? Many fans would of course also be happy about older CoD titles, and Activision has a number of them that fans would still play online today. This would of course require decent servers, as the old ones are considered contaminated.

An implementation of WoW in the Game Pass would also encourage many players to play the iconic MMORPG. This was already officially discussed: Is WoW coming to the Xbox? “The dream exists,” say the developers.

With the Warcraft series and the old Diablo titles, Activision Blizzard also has some classics up its sleeve that nostalgic fans would certainly be happy about.

If you want to get into CoD: MW3 with the Game Pass, July 24 is the perfect start, as that’s when Season 5 of the shooter starts. Season 5 offers a new mode called CoD Warrior, which offers 15 mini-games. In one of them you can feel like Neo: Call of Duty will soon let you dodge bullets like Keanu Reeves in The Matrix
