Donald Trumps Customs become reality in just a few weeks, if everything goes well. On March 12, tariffs at 25 percent will be introduced on imports of steel and aluminum, which will strike against all countries, including Sweden.
“That’s 25 percent without exception,” said the US president in connection with his signing the order, according to TT.

Coca Cola’s CEO James Quincey Says that the company may reduce the sale of aluminum cans and instead invest in plastic bottles, something that the BBC was the first to report. Trump’s tariffs can drive up steel price in the United States.
“If aluminum cans become more expensive, we can place more emphasis on PET bottles,” Quincey said, according to the newspaper.

It may happen when Trump’s customs are introduced

According to BBC If the United States imports almost half of the aluminum used in the country and Trump’s tariffs of 25 percent are likely to make aluminum cans even more expensive.
During Donald Trump’s last term, he also introduced customs on steel. However, several companies were excluded from the compulsion to pay the customs.
