Formators Henk van Esch (VoorBaarn) and Ruud Grondel (GroenLinks) thus follow the advice of informateur Harry Helwegen to at least involve the PvdA. Later, D66 also joined. According to Van Esch and Grondel, it appeared from the talks – which take place behind closed doors – that all four parties want to conclude a mutual coalition agreement with the help of their groups.
