Alongside temperatures well above the historical average, the last few months have also been characterized by the extraordinary absence of rain. The rainfall recorded almost 50% less (-46% of cumulative rainfall) in 2022, making it – to date – the most dry always, more precisely since 1800, that is, since the data were collected at national level.
