Hip hop mogul By Sean “Diddy” Combs the attorneys’ appeal to have Combs held without bail has been dismissed, news channel CNN tells.
That means Combs will remain in custody until his trial.
Combs was arrested Monday in New York. He is accused of illegal business and human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation. Combs has denied the charges.
Combs faces up to life in prison if convicted. Combs is next scheduled to appear in court on October 9.
