(Finance) – CNH Industriala giant in the machinery and services sector, has announced that i employees in Italy they will receive, with their February paycheck, a prize with average gross amounts included between 1,130 and 2,070 euros. The announcement came during a meeting with trade unions.
The company explains that the values are commensurate with the performance achieved by every single production unit during 2023, calculated on the basis of indicators aimed at enhancing the contribution of employees to achieving the company’s competitiveness and profitability objectives.
“Following the results achieved in terms of productivity, compliance with delivery times and product quality in the factories, and a parameter on workplace safety, the employees of CNH production sites in Jesi, Lecce, Modenaincluding staff not linked to production processes, will receive a bonus with their February paycheck, with average gross amounts between 1,130 and 2,070 euros”, we read in a note.
