(Finance) – CNH Industrial completed the sale of Raven Engineered Films (EFD) to Industrial Opportunity Partners (IOP), a private equity-focused firm headquartered in Evanston, Illinois, USA, for a selling price of $ 350 millionwhich will be subject to the usual adjustments following the completion of the sale.
