Club World Cup time TV channel draw hats Which opponents

The Club World Cup, a new competition organized by Fifa, is “launched” with the draw.

The new version of the Club World Cup begins this Thursday, December 5 with the draw. The competition will take place in the United States from June 15 to July 13, 2025 and will bring together 32 teams. Only one French club will participate in this World Cup, PSG, only because of its UEFA ranking. For this draw there will be four hats in total and many clubs absent due to the two clubs per country rule. Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham in the Premier League, FC Barcelona in La Liga or AC Milan in Serie A are therefore absent from the competition.

In detail, the 32 teams will be divided into 8 groups of 4 teams with the first two who will qualify for the round of 16. The draw is scheduled for 7 p.m. French time in Miami and will be broadcast live and streaming on the official FIFA platforms: FIFA.com and FIFA+. This competition will be broadcast by DAZN. Highly criticized in France, the British giant acquired the rights for around a billion dollars, but good news, the matches should be free.
