(Finance) – Cloudia Researcha company active in the digital transformation sector with a specialized offering in the ERP (Enterprise
Resource Planning), closed on first day at Piazza Affari with a 50% increase. The shares ended the first session on Euronext Growth Milan (EGM), the segment of the Italian Stock Exchange dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises with high growth potential, at 2.85 euroscompared to a placement price of 1.90 euros, reaching a capitalization of 11.3 million euros.
The stock was priceless throughout the session, trading only at 5.35pm. The countervalue of the first day at Piazza Affari was 8,550 euros, with only 2 contracts concluded and 3,000 actions change hands.
Cloudia Research represents the thirty-first admission since the beginning of the year on the Italian Stock Exchange market dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises. This is the sixty-first listing of 2023 on Euronext.
In the placement phase Cloudia Research has raised 3.5 million euros, excluding the potential exercise of the over-allotment option. In the event of full exercise of the over-allotment option, the total amount raised will be 4 million euros.
Borsa Italiana has announced that from Wednesday 27 December 2023 and until further communication on Cloudia Research ordinary shares The placing of orders without price limits will not be permitted.
