“The best waterholes where the bell frogs live are completely flooded and filled with seawater, which is dangerous for them,” says project leader Lene Vestergren Rasmussen, in a press release.
Now it is being investigated whether any frogs have survived. In a breeding center there are frogs from the Hjortø strain that can make a difference.
