Clock and golden rooster back on church in Linschoten: ‘I missed the clock’

Clock and golden rooster back on church in Linschoten I

At the beginning of May, the clock and the golden rooster were removed from the church. This last happened in 1977 when the materials were last restored. For the first time in history, that restoration did not take place completely in Linschoten, but the timepiece went to a company in Asten. That is because, in addition to the paintwork, the lighting in the timepiece also had to be restored. The company in Asten specializes in both.
