During a tournament in the game MultiVersus, a streamer with Bugs Bunny destroyed his opponent. The e-sportsman Hungrybox was enthusiastic. However, Bugs is so strong that the developers will soon nerf him.
Bugs Bunny is currently the absolute king in the game MultiVersus. In a tournament, streamer Blaizzy dismantled his opponent. Hungrybox reacted to the win in his stream and jumped out of his gaming chair.
However, the developers had already announced that they would nerf Bugs Bunny. The rabbit just seems way too strong for Superman and Co. to be.
Bugs Bunny takes down Batman
What was that tournament? In the semifinals of the Coinbox #26 Tournament in MultiVersus, Blaizzy and Zuul faced off. In the 1v1 match, Blaizzy played Bugs Bunny while Zuul participated as Batman. Even though Batman is also a pretty good character in MultiVersus, he didn’t stand a chance against the rabbit.

How did Hungrybox react to Blaizzy’s win? Hungrybox professionally plays Super Smash Bros. and is a Twitch streamer with 448,765 followers (via twitch). He responded enthusiastically to Blaizzy’s gameplay.
Hungrybox watched intently as Bugs finished off Batman. When the rabbit won, he jumped out of his chair and hopped across the room. Then he asked to clip the moment.
When will Bugs Bunny be nerfed? Tony Huynh, the game director of Multiversus, already posted on July 28, 2022 that Bugs Bunny would be nerfed after the EVO (Evolution Championship Series) (via twitter). The event is currently taking place. So the nerf can’t be too far in the future.

What is MultiVersus game? MultiVersus is a crossover battle game. Similar to Super Smash Bros, players compete against each other in battles.
What is special about MultiVersus is that the game characters are characters from well-known films and series. There are superheroes from DC like Batman or Wonder Woman, but also characters from Scooby Doo, Arya Stark from Game oh Thrones or classic Warner Brothers characters like Bugs Bunny or Taz, the Tasmanian devil.

How did the tournament go? At the end of the tournament, Blaizzy finished second. VoiD emerged as the winner. Still, Blaizzy drew a growing number of viewers on Twitch from the competition.
What did Blaizzy say? On Twitter on August 4, 2022, Blaizzy thanked the tournament host and for the support of the viewers. He posted a picture about it. He had hit a milestone on Twitch: Blaizzy reached 75 average viewers in the last 30 days (via twitter).
Even if Blaizzy didn’t win the tournament, the match seemed to have paid off for him. Especially since Twitch still has a rather small channel, the milestone was good for him to be able to continue growing as a streamer.
