An employee in Kalix municipality has been seriously injured in connection with slur removal, reports SVT Norrbotten.
A flying metal object went straight through the protective visor, and goggles and into the eye, causing a brain hemorrhage. The accident happened on August 16 and the injured person is still being treated in hospital.
The case has been reported to the Swedish Work Environment Authority.
