(Finance) – Civitanavi Systems closes the first half of the year with a radjusted net result of 3.7 million Euros compared to the 2.7 million euros of the first half of 2022, an improvement of 38%. At 30 June the Net Result was negative by -974 thousand Euros compared to 2 million Euros at 30 June 2022 due to non-recurring costs.
THE Total revenues of the first half of 2023 confirm the strong growth trend of the Group, going from 13.6 million Euros as of 30 June 2022 to 21.7 million Euros with a growth of 60%. The increase in Revenues is attributable to the increase in product sales, which doubled in the period (+100%) compared to 2022, thanks to the push from the A&D and Industrial sectors. Adjusted EBITDA is equal to 4.4 million, an increase of 12%, and the Adjusted EBIT to 3.7 million, up 6%.
Booking as of 30 June 2023 amounted to 24.7 million euros, with a growth of 72%. As of 30 June 2023, the value of the “Backlog” amounted to a total of 33.3 million Euros (20.1 million Euros as of 30 June 2022 and 24.3 million Euros as of 31 December 2022).
Net Financial Position equal to 13.5 million Euros, down compared to 24.5 million Euros recorded at 31 December 2022.
Guidance 2023 confirmed. Total revenues confirmed in the range of 42-46 million euros and an Adjusted Ebitda margin equal to approximately
29%, in line with what was communicated to the market during the approval of the 2023 Budget.
