(Finance) – Civitanavi Systemsa company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the production of inertial navigation systems, has announced that it has been partially exercised for an amount of 674,500 shares in the greenshoe option (granted for a maximum of 776,000 shares). With the exercise of the greenshoe option the stabilization period endsand with immediate effect. The purchase price is 4 euros per share, corresponding to the gross proceeds of the greenshoe option of 2.7 euros for the selling shareholder, a note reads. Settlement will take place on March 18, 2022.
L’offering initial public interest with which the Marche-based company landed in Piazza Affari, including the shares subject to the greenshoe option, therefore amounts to a total of 8,434,500 sharescorresponding to about 27% of the capital social. As part of the Berenberg e Intermonte acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners. Intermonte also acted as Sponsor for the purposes of admission to listing of the shares.
