City jeeps aired by activists in Malmö – hit Dennis: “What are you doing?”

Last minute The world stood up after Putins decision in

Dennis Lood owns a record store in central Malmö. He was on his way to work with the dog Pepsi on Thursday morning when he realized he could not drive the car at all.

– Fortunately, I am not alone at work today, otherwise I would have closed and lost a lot of money on this, he says.

He understands the message of the activists but believes that they have gone to the wrong person.

– It is a new car and you might think that we may have as much money as possible, but now it is not so, he says.

Dennis Lood and his partner changed cars themselves to have a more environmentally friendly car.

– I think they think that people are rich and live in nice houses here, but I live in a tenancy on the second street and park here because it is residential parking. We do not have that damn much money, he says.

“Far beyond the border”

Caroline and Peter are on their way out on holiday and had their car parked on one of the streets in Ribersborg.

– I get so pissed, it’s damage to someone else’s property, says Caroline while she reads the red note that was on the windshield.

– So I’m really in favor of being an activist, but this is not okay. It is far beyond the border, she says.

No trace of the perpetrators

Police say they received several reports on Thursday. The crime is classified as vandalism.

– It is an injury to someone else’s property so it is serious. Right now we have no clues, but if we get it, we will take a closer look at it, says Kerstin Gossé, press spokesperson at the Police.

SVT has applied for the activist group, but without results.
