In the letter, the Board proposes to allow sex work from home. There are conditions attached to this. It must concern their own home and only one sex worker may be active per address. A second proposal, or as the Board calls it, ‘a second testing ground’, involves two small-scale locations where a maximum of fifteen sex workers can work. Sorgdrager also argues for a new streetwalking zone in the city, but the municipality has no money for that yet.
