PRU and sister company MRU, which trades in scrap metals, is still located on Groenewoudsedijk, but has to make way for housing. The municipality, which owns the land, has canceled the lease. Since then, PRU has been looking for another place. The company is not eligible for Strijkviertel because the company employs relatively few people. A condition for settlement is that the work must be labour-intensive. The environmental nuisance caused by MRU is also greater than the municipality wishes at Strijkviertel.
