Citizens rebelled MHRS complaints increased by 165 percent in one

Complaints to the Central Physician Appointment System (MHRS), which has been in service since 2010, are increasing day by day. According to the data announced by the solution platform Mısırvar, complaints about MHRS have increased by 165 percent in the last week. While patients have been complaining about not being able to find an appointment to the relevant department for months, they are trying to announce their solution expectations through Fikirvar. According to the data announced by the platform, it is observed that complaints about the Ministry of Health have increased by 39 percent in the last week.

THE MINISTRY IMPLEMENTED THE APPROVED APPOINTMENT SYSTEM

On the other hand, the Ministry of Health announced that it has implemented the ‘Approved Appointment System’, aiming to solve this problem with its new regulation. In the new application, patients are asked for approval until 20:00 the day before the appointment date. While appointment confirmation is given via the MHRS website and call center; Those who do not approve will have their appointments cancelled. In the approved appointment system, the vacant capacity after cancellation of appointments will be transferred to patients who cannot make an appointment through the system but leave a request.
