(Finance) – Circlean innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market and active in the innovation and digitalisation of the port and intermodal logistics sectors, announces the acquisition of a business unit owned by Telepass Innova. The Company Branch was purchased for a total consideration of 6.2 million, by eXyond, a subsidiary of Circle.The business unit includes Infomobility Business Unit (once belonging to InfoBlu Company) active in the advanced services of traffic monitoring and management on the Italian road and motorway network, and the Telematics Business Unit (referring to KMaster Company) active in the performance of telematics servicesbased on proprietary technological platforms, for companies operating in the logistics, transport and insurance sectors.
In the context of the purchase transaction it was also signed a ten-year commercial agreement between Telepass and Circlewhich will allow Telepass to offer all the services of the Business Unit, strengthened and integrated with those of eXyond and Circle Group, as well as Circle benefit from strong expansion abroad (primarily in Central Europe, in France, Germany, all of Southern and also Eastern Europe) of Telepass tolling services.
