(Tiper Stock Exchange) – CIRas part of the treasury share buyback plan, announced that it has purchasedfrom 12 to 16 June 2023, overall 518,529 shares at the average unit price of 0.3803 euro for one counter value equal to 197,189.31 euros.
As of June 19, CIR owns a total of 42,834,647 treasury shares, equal to 3.87% of the share capital. The subsidiaries do not own any shares in the Company.
In Milan, today, a fractional reduction for CIRwhich closes trading with a loss of 1.06%.
