(Finance) – CIRas part of the share buyback plan, announced that it had purchasedfrom 16 to 20 October 2023, overall 583,826 shares at the average unit price of 0.3932 euros for one countervalue equal to 229,542.29 euros.
As of 23 October CIR holds a total of 52,674,104 own shares, equal to 4.76% of the share capital. The subsidiaries do not own shares in the Company.
On the Milanese price list today, a modest decline for the financial holding companywhich closed the session down by 0.26%.
