(Finance) – CIRas part of the share buyback plan, announced that it had purchasedfrom 18 to 22 March 2024, in aggregate 1,159,070 shares at the average unit price of 0.5331 euros for one countervalue equal to 617,944.00 euros.
As of March 25, CIR holds a total of 70,594,411 own shares, equal to 6.38% of the share capital. The subsidiaries do not own shares in the Company.
