(Finance) – CIRas part of the share buyback plan, announced that it had purchasedfrom 11 to 15 December 2023, overall 430,454 shares at the average unit price of 0.4293 euros for one countervalue equal to 184,804.34 euros.
As of 18 December, CIR holds a total of 58,766,753 own shares, equal to 5.31% of the share capital. The subsidiaries do not own shares in the Company.
