(Telestock) – CIRas part of the share buyback plan, has announced that it has purchasedfrom 12 to 16 August 2024, overall 502,672 shares at the average unit price of 0.5742 euros, for a counter value equal to 288.631,36 euro.
As of August 19, CIR holds a total of 28,361,733 treasury shares, equal to 2.71% of the share capital. The controlled companies do not own shares of the Company.
