(Finance) – CIRas part of the share buyback plan, announced that it had purchasedfrom March 28 to April 2, 2024, in the aggregate 212,100 shares at the average unit price of 0.5394 euros for one countervalue equal to 114,409.05 euros.
As of April 3, CIR holds a total of 71,598,711 own shares, equal to 6.47% of the share capital. The subsidiaries do not own shares in the Company.
On the Milanese price list, today, a modest profit for the financial holding companywhich advances slightly to +0.56%.
