(Finance) – CIRfollowing the announcement on the launch of the treasury share purchase plan, based on the authorization issued by the Shareholders’ Meeting of April 30, 2021 and approved by the Board of Directors on March 11, 2022, announces that it has purchasedfrom 21 to 25 March 2022, overall 1,563,838 shares at the average unit price of € 0.4081 for a countervalue equal to 638,223.26 euros.
As of March 28, CIR owns a total of 182,084,980 treasury shares, equal to 14.26% of the share capital. The subsidiaries do not own any shares in the Company.
