(Finance) – CIRfollowing the resolution of the Board of Directors of 29 April 2022 on the continuation of the buy-back plan launched on 16 March 2022, in execution of the authorization granted by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 29 April 2022 and in compliance with the same, has announced that it has purchasedfrom 16 to 19 August 2022, overall 147,000 shares at the average unit price of € 0.4165 for a countervalue equal to 61,229.10 euros.
As of 22 August, CIR owns a total of 190,727,395 treasury shares, equal to 14.93% of the share capital. The subsidiaries do not own any shares in the Company.
At Piazza Affari, today, a low reduction for CIRwhich records the session down by 0.24%.
