(Tiper Stock Exchange) – CIRas part of the treasury share buyback plan, announced that it has purchasedfrom 15 to 19 May 2023, overall 579,277 shares at the average unit price of 0.3743 euro for one counter value equal to 216,826.25 euros.
As of May 22, CIR owns a total of 40,615,327 treasury shares, equal to 3.67% of the share capital. The subsidiaries do not own any shares in the Company.
