(Telestock) – CIRas part of the share purchase plan, has announced that it has purchasedfrom 2 to 6 September 2024, overall 737,500 shares at the average unit price of 0.5962 euros, for a counter value equal to 439.715,60 euro.
As of September 9, CIR holds a total of 30,408,582 treasury shares, equal to 2.90% of the share capital. The controlled companies do not own shares of the Company.
On the stock market today, a slight decline for the Financial holding which closed down 1.37%.
