(Finance) – CIRa company listed on Euronext Milan, announced that as of 5 January 2024, following the change in the number of shares constituting the share capital and the number of overall votes of CIR, the percentage of stake held by the holding company Fratelli De Benedetti SpA is equal to 35.956% of the ordinary shares total constituting the share capital (the holding company owns 398,116,475 ordinary shares) and 46.752% of the total voting rights of CIR.
Furthermore, again as of January 5, 2024, the percentage of participation owned by Rodolfo De Benedetti is equal to 1.49% of the total ordinary shares constituting the share capital and 1.001% of the total voting rights of CIR.
